A great Condo Hotel with 7 bedrooms, big kitchen, dining room and living room, 2 bathroom up stairs theirs a basement fit to store items a shed out back and a nice sized yard. Small porch and along side the house is a walk way that leads to the back of the house. Nice location current tenant living there now whom pays rent which would benefit. Hardwood floors through out the downstairs and carpet up stairs.

Vermeiden Sie diese Immobilie vermietet! Bei der Ankunft fanden wir die Wohnung direkt gegenüber von einem sehr aktiven Dual Bahnstrecke, dass Autos Belastungen während der Nacht befand. Wir mussten Ohrstöpsel verwenden, um nachts zu schlafen. Während die Wohnung war teuer und in Rechnung gestellt, als u0026quot;Executive Classu0026quot;, die Einrichtung war schon Flohmarkt, mit alten mis-abgestimmt Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Avoid this property rental! Upon arrival we found the condo was located directly across from a very active dual railroad track that loads cars during the night. We had to use ear plugs to sleep at night. While the condo was pricey and billed as "Executive class", the decor was early garage sale, with old mis-matched sheets and towels. Loved the beds! Views Amazing! This condo is a wonderful place to stay while in Breckinridge! It is very comfortable with wonderful views and all the amenities of home.
